As a comprehensive ophthalmologist, Dr. Hiremath treats a multitude of conditions including cataracts, eye trauma, refractive error, diabetic retinopathy, and age-related macular degeneration. Her love and respect for the field of ophthalmology continues to grow more each day with continuously evolving technology and microsurgical techniques. In her own practice, Dr. Hiremath focuses on making sure each patient’s individual needs are met and encourages them to advocate for their health. Dr. Hiremath earned her undergraduate degree from Kent State University, then obtained her medical degree at Northeast Ohio Medical University. She then completed her ophthalmology residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University.
