Dr. Mack graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Ohio State University with a degree in molecular genetics. He then received his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. He completed an Internal Medicine internship at Riverside Hospital in Columbus and an Ophthalmology residency at Indiana University in Indianapolis.

Dr. Mack is board certified in Ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology. To keep up-to-date on the latest techniques and technology, he maintains memberships in many prestigious professional organizations and is currently a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Ohio Ophthalmological Society and the Columbus Medical Association.
