Our business office will contact you prior to your procedure by letter or by phone to review your insurance coverage and financial responsibilities to Columbus Eye Surgery Center. This will include any co-pays, deductibles and co-insurance payments due. Do not hesitate to call and ask any questions prior to the day of surgery. Please be advised, you may also receive a similar communication from your surgeon’s office in regards to the surgeon fees for your scheduled procedure, which are billed separately.

You will receive an easy to understand, all-inclusive bill for the services provided at Columbus Eye Surgery Center. You can also expect a bill from your physician and anesthesia provider. In the event of having any labs or specimens as part of your procedure, you may also receive a bill from the lab and pathologist.

Columbus Eye Surgery Center proudly accepts most insurance plans. See a list of insurance plans we accept. You will be responsible for any co-pays and or deductibles. Columbus Eye Surgery Center accepts cash, check, credit card and CareCredit. We also offer the option to pay bills online.
